These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website idrivewell.caand the marketing services provided by iDriveWell ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
iDriveWell connects students across Canada searching for driving lessons with verified, licensed instructors. Our services for instructors include:
- A verified instructor profile in our directory with provincial licensing credentials.
- Student-facing marketing campaigns that drive inquiries to your profile.
- A student review and rating system.
- Monthly performance reporting.
Services begin after a discovery call and upon your confirmation to proceed. Your profile is typically live within 48 hours of receiving your credentials and availability.
2. Pricing and Payment
- Our Instructor Plan is billed at 99 CAD per month at launch (April 2026). Early adopters who join the waitlist now lock in 49 CAD per month for life.
- There is no setup fee and no long-term contract.
- Payment is due at the start of each monthly billing cycle via the payment method on file.
- All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation:
- We will complete any work in progress for the current billing period.
- You retain ownership of all content created for your accounts.
- Access credentials for your accounts will be returned to you.
- No refunds are issued for partial months.
4. Your Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate provincial licensing credentials, service areas, and availability for your instructor profile.
- Respond to reasonable requests for information or approval within 5 business days.
- Ensure that any information you provide to us is accurate, current, and not misleading.
- Maintain a valid provincial driving instructor licence for the duration of your subscription.
5. Results Disclaimer
While we make every effort to deliver measurable improvements, marketing results depend on factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a defined number of leads, bookings, or revenue.
Our 60-day satisfaction commitment means we will continue working at no additional cost if you have not seen meaningful improvement within that window.
6. Intellectual Property
- Your content: you retain ownership of your business name, logos, photos, and any materials you provide to us.
- Our content: social media posts, copy, and strategies we create for you become your property upon payment.
- Our brand: the iDriveWell name, logo, and website content remain our property.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iDriveWell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
